The title says it all! This Easy Strawberry Almond Granola Recipe is truly super easy and quick to make! It's so much healthier, cleaner, and tastier when made at home than store-bought. But seriously, what is there not to love about this granola when almonds and strawberries pair so well together! 😉

I am a big fan of granola and trust me, I know what I’m talking about when I say “tastiest”! Since I started making granola at home I cannot eat the store-bought one anymore.
The granola made at home is fresh, crunchy, full of aroma, and the addition of freeze-dried strawberries gives that sour tangy to the sweet baked rolled oats with almonds and flax seeds, makes it so scrumptious and irresistible you can just simply enjoy it as a snack! 😉
Strawberry Almond Granola Ingredients
Rolled Oats - I used organic rolled oats.
Almond Slivers - To keep almond slivers fresh I freeze the entire bag. When needed just scoop as much as needed for the recipe.
Flax Seeds - I used organic flax seeds.
Coconut Oil - Organic virgin kind is the best, it makes the rolled oats a bit soft inside.
Brown Sugar - It adds flavor and a bit of sweetness.
Maple Syrup - I used organic maple syrup, you may use honey if you don't like the syrup. It makes the granola crunchy after baking.
Sea Salt - The addition of salt in the recipe reduces the sweetness and boosts the flavor.
Pure Vanilla Extract - Give that tasty aroma to granola.
Freeze Dried Strawberries - I get them at Trader's Joe's (not sponsored), and you can find any kind of dried fruit at most natural grocery stores.
