This cup of this deliciousness is my number one meal replacement. I love how tasty it is and keeps you pretty full without a lot of calorie intake! I like to have it for breakfast often because it's tasty, healthy and gives you the just-right fullness.
Basically, I have this as long as there's fruit at home, and it hasn’t gotten old. It also makes a great transitional maintenance food after finishing the diet I shared in earlier posts. It perfectly satisfies your sweet tooth too. Layers of Greek yogurt, granola and lots of berries… Who can resist such a healthy and satisfying breakfast or an anytime snack? Give it a try!
Ingredients for 1 serving:
1 container 5.3 oz. (150 g) – Greek yogurt (any flavor)
1 cup (112 g) – granola (any kind)
Strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries
Instructions:
Whip the Chobani yogurt with a spoon. Rinse all berries. Cut strawberries into smaller pieces. Set aside until ready for use.
Assembly Instructions:
1. Place half of the yogurt on the bottom of a tall glass (or bowl), sprinkle in ½ cup of granola and then place berries over the granola. (As much as you prefer.)
2. Top berries with another layer of yogurt and repeat the same steps to finish assembling parfait to the top of the glass.
Enjoy!
