Before you go to bed, spend 10 minutes prepping tomorrow's morning meal for a filling start to your day. This Bacon Scrambled Eggs and Avocado Breakfast Croissan'wich Recipe is perfect for freezing and warming up in the morning.
My kids LOVE these! They don’t have much time in the very early morning to make breakfast before they have to catch the bus, so these nutritious little treats have been a lifesaver.

Avocado and eggs are among the few foods that I classify as "superfoods”. They contain a little bit of almost every nutrient we need. Bacon and cheese complete that delicious smoky, salty, and cheesy flavors of a super tasty breakfast sandwich that makes you get up early in the morning for 😉 What is your favorite make-ahead breakfast?
