This granola crisps up nicely in the oven to give you a nice crispy and crunchy texture. It is loaded with seeds and nuts. It’s chocolatey but not overly sweet.
The recipe is actually super versatile and can easily be customized to your liking. You may change it up by adding whatever else you like in a good, hearty bowl of granola.
I love to enjoy the crispiness of the granola with smooth yogurt, or cottage cheese, and loads of fruit. It’s filling and healthy. It is loaded with protein and nutrients your body needs to stay energized, strong, and well-fueled for the day ahead.

Bake in a preheated to 325 F convection oven for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before crushing into small pieces.
