Ingredients
Homemade Pizza Dough - For all my homemade pizzas I use this dough recipe but omit the milk in the ingredient list and use water instead. Click HERE for the recipe.
Bacon - This is my go to
Ham - I try to use good quality bacon as it boosts the taste of this pizza.
Eggs - Home eggs are the only eggs I use. Try to buy organic or home eggs for the best result, since eggs really give the breakfast pizza a huge flavor.
Shallots - If I don't have homegrown shallots, I use organic.
Cheese - I use both mozzarella and sharp cheddar for this pizza for the best taste result.
Instructions
While Pizza dough is in the making prepare all the topping ingredients for the pizza. Oven broil (click HERE to see how) and cut bacon, shred cheese, dice ham, cut shallots, and prepare the eggs. Set aside until ready for use.
Preheat oven to 350 F (180C). Roll out pizza dough about 14 inches (36 cm) in diameter. Transfer rolled out dough onto a pizza stone lined with parchment paper. Shape the dough into a round and even pizza circle. Press the dough to the edges to form one-inch (2.5 cm) border along the pizza dough for the eggs not to leak out.
Melt 1 table spoon of butter and brash the edge of the pizza dough with melted butter using silicon brash and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Spread out the ¾ amount of the shredded mozzarella cheese onto pizza dough. Beat eggs seasoned with salt and pepper to taste and pour over the spread-out cheese.
Finally, sprinkle remaining of the mozzarella cheese and sharp cheddar cheese over the pizza. Then top the cheese with remaining shallots.
Bake the pizza on the lowest oven rack for 30 to 40 minutes (depends how well done you like the eggs to be). Remove from the oven let it cool before slicing. Enjoy!

To speed up the process of the pizza dough and have it ready when you wake up you can either place ingredients into the bread maker and program to delay start the night before and have the dough ready when you wake up. Or you can make the dough the night before not allowing to rise and place into a dark container with a lid and keep it in the fridge overnight.
