    Garlic Dinner Rolls

Dinner Rolls! Just in time for Thanksgiving! Yeah, it’s that time of the year again, where we need to start planning. Thanksgiving is just around the corner.

Turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy and top it off with your choice of salad Cabbage-Carrots- Peppers Salad, Cucumber- Cauliflower- Radish Broccoli- Salad, Cucumbers-Tomatoes- Onion Salad, or Cabbage and Cucumber Salad from my salad category and you already have a great meal.

Freshly baked rolls are always a hit at dinner and garlic grazed, well, are just as great as they around. It only takes little hands-on prep to make them; bread machine does all the work for you.

They're light and fluffy and go very quickly. These rolls can be served and eaten whole or cut transversely and dressed with filling between the two halves. Who can resist warm rolls, fresh from the oven? 😉

    3 tbsp. – sugar
    1 tsp. – salt

1 tsp. – active dry yeast
    3 tbsp. – butter softened
1 cup - water (room temperature)
    1 - egg
    2 tbsp. - water

I'll add that to the recipe (sorry, it's an old post, I missed that). Let the shaped dough balls rise in the oven for 30 minutes.

Would this recipe work if the dry milk was omitted?

Absolutely! I do that all the time. Just make sure that your bread maker is 2 lbs capacity.
