Ah, what can be better than home made cooking. Especially restaurant type food, like these home made egg rolls prepared under your own supervision to ensure extreme cleanliness and loads of flavor. They really do taste as delicious as they look on picture.

That looks delicious, I will make some this week. Can you freeze them?
Thanks Galina! Yes, you can freeze them and when you reheat them they are just as good.
I make eggrolls all the time but never with noodles. What a great idea!
It taste better for me when I add noodles. I did tried making it with out it and its not taste the same. You can also add mushrooms, which makes different taste, but also delicious.
I am making this for sure this weekend! Delicious:) thanks for posting sis! I’ve been waiting to get my hands on this recipe for long time!

What can I use instead of vegata?
You can use Mrs Dash. It has a little different flavor though, but it is a very similar seasoning. I used Mrs Dash for https://www.valyastasteofhome.com/pork-bone-lion-chops-stakes. You can get VEGETA at any Russian/Ukrainian stores, in most bigger cities in US.
Eggrolls are our favorite,especially kids.
Its easy for them to hold it and they are full of flavors. Good way to feed kids veggies. 🙂
thank you Valechka for sendingwebsideGod bess you.Zoya
Your very welcome! I hope you like it! 🙂
These look so scrumptious!
Thanks Marina! 🙂
Hi Valentina! I wanted to provide feedback but was too busy during Holidays.-). I made two batches to make sure I knew how to make these for Christmas since I was expecting kolyadniki. By Christmas I felt like I was a pro at making these. When my carolers came they ate of of these.lol. I really like your step by step instructions. I really like the cabbage in these and this kind of wrapper is the best one by far. One time I ran out of wrappers and went to Freddys.they only had one kind so I ended up using what they had, but they didn’t taste as good as when I used the wrappers you suggested.
Very delicious and easy to make. This is a great appetizer!
thank you again. God’s blessings to you and your family.
I’m sure you told your carolers where you got the recipe from. I am happy to hear that you are a pro at making them! They are my hubby’s favorite. I love this brand of wrap the best. Thanks Lena! 🙂
How delicious! I also make mine with rice noodles but didn’t think to use angel hair. I’ll be trying this the next time I make them.
I have been having issues pinning your recipes and had no luck! I’m not sure if your blog is mobile friendly but I’ve been using my iPad & have a Pin It button except your blog doesn’t allow me to pin anything. Keeps saying an error occurred.
Thank you Yana! 🙂
I made this egg rolls but with homemade wraps (blinchiki) so much more tastier and delicious then store bought. I been doing it for years. If your interested email me.
Are the blinchiki the same as nalisniki crepes? or its more of a same wrap just home made? Thanks Liliya
Its more like american style crepes. Its not sweet. I only use it for egg rolls. I have the Maxim crepe maker and i found this recipe in the book that came along with the crepe maker. The recipe says to combine all ingredients in blender but i dont have blender so i use hand mixer.
: 1 batch makes 15 crepes. I usually do 4 batches together.
Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
1 cup water
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Melted butter
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 cup flour..
Combine all this ingredients in blender or do by hand mixer.
Try it and i bet u will see huge difference. Everytime i make them, people love it so much and get the recipe. Of course this way it takes more time but so much more delicious
I have maxim crepe maker too and I make nalisniki bliny with it. Look at my post for nalisniki https://www.valyastasteofhome.com/crepes-cheese-nalisniki-налисники. Sounds like we are on the same page. Thanks Liliya 🙂
Thanks a lot for a recipe. Made it today and my family love it.
You are very welcome. I’m glad you enjoyed it. 🙂
Do you have a print version of this recipe? I cannot find somehow.
It was my first blog posts and looks like there is no print version. I’ll add one for you. 🙂
Can I use Tortilla Land, Uncooked Tortillas instead of the egg roll wrap?
I’ve never tried making it with uncooked tortilla. If tortilla will not be cracking or brackig during folding then it’s ok to use it. The taste will be different of course, but I’m sure it will be delicious too. I’m sorry I couldn’t be more help.
Today I tried making these Egg Rolls. I made half with beef & the other half I tried to make with chicken. Both taste very good, but with beef it tastes even better! I used the Egg Roll Wrap (I bought 2 packs at Whole Foods store), & it fits in perfectly! I also tried using the Tortilla Land, Uncooked Tortillas – the taste is a bit different, but still tastes good too. If you want the best, original taste, stick with the Egg Roll Wraps & ground beef meat. Also, another tip: when frying the cabbage, I sprinkled it a little with salt & sugar – it added SO mUchiha flavor, it was so good that I could even eat it just like that! Also, I fried the onions first, that way they become more soft. Season the onions with a little bit of salt & sugar. When they start turning golden, add the carrots. Overall, VERY AMAZING dish. I would give it a 5 star review. Husband & family approved!!! Thank you, @Valya’sTasteOfHome!!!
Awww… how sweet of you! I’m glad your family liked this recipe. This is the only egg rolls I can eat. Thank you very much for awesome review! 🙂
Made these last week. They were delicious!!! I love that no special ingredients were needed too 🙂 so simple to make, and definitely will be making again! Thank you very much for a great recipe!
We absolutely love them, and I’m so glad to hear that you liked them too. You are very welcome Lena! 🙂 Enjoy!
Hi Valya,
If I were to freeze them, should I fry them first or freeze them raw? and reheat by frying?
If you freeze them raw, they will stick together while thawing. Lightly fry them, cool completely before freezing. Then you can reheat them in the oven frozen. I hope that helps. Thank you for your comment. 🙂
Do you have a suggestion on what seasoning I can use instead of Vegeta? (Trying to avoid MSG and I know they have MSG free Vegeta but I don’t have any on hand)
Use a little more of Mrs. Dash seasoning, it’s very similar to Vegeta.
I’d like to try and make these.
Two questions:
Can I substitute with other type of noodle?
Where do you buy these all natural egg rolls wrappers?
Thank you very much!!!!
You sure can. I get egg roll wraps at Winco Foods, Safeway or Walmart. You are very welcome and enjoy these delicious homemade egg rolls! 🙂
