No time to cook right now? Or maybe you just forgot to eat again. Making this Healthy Avocado Spinach and Strawberry Smoothie for breakfast or lunch when you have realized your tight schedule just stole your lunch again can be an incredible lifesaver. Here’s a friendly reminder, my friends: do not neglect what keeps you running.
Your body needs nutrients to keep you going, especially in the constant strain of being on the go. Smoothies are super quick and easy to make, but packs quite an energy punch and keep you full and zooming for a while.
Food is great, but…..I love smoothies and shakes! Very much and pretty often use them as on-the-go breakfast or meal replacements for myself when time gets away from me. They are also a great way to add fruit and vegetables to keep up with a healthy diet. Simply genius!
A summer full of home-grown organic and delicious produce is just around the corner, folks, so use your garden fruit and vegetables for even more fantastic tasting and healthy drinks. Enjoy!

You are very certainly welcome! I’m glad you liked it! I have this smoothie almost daily. In addition to the ingredients in the recipe, I also like to add organic baby kale, organic carrots, 1/2 organic green apple, and organic raspberries. It’s like having a bowl of salad, lol!
