Healthy Avocado Spinach and Strawberry Smoothie

Making a smoothie for breakfast or lunch when you realize your tight schedule just stole your lunch can be an incredible life saver. Here’s a friendly reminder, my friends: do not neglect what keeps you running. Smoothies are super quick and easy to make, but packs quite an energy punch and keeps you full and zooming for a while. ;)

  • 6 oz. – organic baby spinach
  • 9 oz. – organic strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/3 – organic medium avocado
  • 1 ½ cups – vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup – organic Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. – organic maple syrup or raw honey
  • 1 tsp. – organic chia seeds
  1. Rinse strawberries and add all the ingredients into the blender.
  2. Blend for 2 minutes (or press smoothie cycle twice on Blendtec blender).
  3. Pour smoothie into 2 – 20 oz. glass cups. Enjoy!
