I love gardening! To preserve some of the garden abundances I can quite a bit of harvested garden produce. Canning is super fun! Canning is defined as a method of preserving food from spoilage that is sealed in the cans/jars and then heated to a temperature that destroys harmful micro-organisms and any spores that could grow in the can/jar.
