Breaded Parmesan Chicken Skewers (Soft, Tender, and Juicy!)
These Chicken Skewers are going to be something out of your dreams! They’re delicious small chunks of chicken soaked in spices, mayo, and parmesan with a little zest of lemon juice!
Start by placing all the spices onto a plate and then mix them together. Set aside for now.
Next, place parmesan cheese into a food processor and crush it for 1 minute. Set aside as well for now.
Now trim off all the chicken fat from each chicken breast. Cut chicken breast into 1-inch cubes.
Wash the chicken really well and then place it into a strainer for the water to drain.
Next, in the bowl with the chicken add spices, crushed parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix well and let it stand in the fridge overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Remove from the fridge and squeeze half of the lemon into the chicken. Mix well.
