Ingredients
Form the patties by dividing one pound of ground beef into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece between two layers of plastic wrap to make thin, larger patties. Cook the patties on the stovetop or grill them to your desired level of doneness. Season each side with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper.
Remove the patties from cooking and immediately shape them into a taco shape by folding them in half. Let the meat rest for a few minutes. Place the taco-shaped patties on a taco stand or plate and top them with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, pickles, onions, and your favorite sauce.
