– 1 bunch – organic green onion – ▢2 bunches – organic radishes – ▢½ long – organic English cucumber (or 3 pickling cucumbers) – ▢1 tbsp. - chopped fresh dill – ▢½ cup – organic Greek yogurt (or organic sour cream) – ▢Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Step 1

Thoroughly rinse fresh herbs and vegetables. Cut cucumbers and radishes into slices, dice chives (or green onions) and dill. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour in Greek yogurt (or sour cream), add sea salt and pepper to taste. Gently toss all ingredients together. Enjoy your zesty radish salad!
