The Best Lemon  Oreo Truffles

– 8 oz. – softened cream cheese – ▢1 - pack lemon Oreo cookies (40 Oreo cookies) – ▢1 cup – white chocolate discs – ▢1 cup – dark chocolate discs

Step 1

Crush lemon Oreo cookies (including the cream) in a food processor until you have cookie crumbs. Add cream cheese and process until thoroughly mixed.

Step 2

Scoop the Oreo and cream cheese mixture using a tablespoon-sized cookie scoop and shape it into ¾-inch balls. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set.

Step 3

Melt both white and dark chocolate disks either in a glass bowl over boiling water or in the microwave until thoroughly melted.

Step 4

Dip each lemon Oreo ball into melted chocolate using a fork to coat them. Place dipped truffles on parchment paper and decorate as desired.

Step 5

Let the chocolate on the truffles set completely. Trim any excess chocolate from the edges, and place each lemon Oreo truffle into a small cupcake liner. Enjoy!
