Ingredients

– 1 lbs. – large shrimp – ▢1 tbsp. – unsalted butter – ▢1 tbsp. – fresh lemon juice – ▢½ tsp. – Sea Salt – ▢¼ tsp. – ground Black Pepper – ▢2.5 cups – Homemade Alfredo Sauce

Step 1

– Rinse the shrimp and place them in a bowl. – Add freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the shrimp and let it marinate for about 15 minutes. – While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the Homemade Alfredo Sauce.

Step 2

– Make the Homemade Alfredo Sauce and set it aside to cool and thicken. – Boil the pasta in a large pot according to the package instructions.

Step 3

– While the pasta is cooking, sauté the marinated shrimp. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the shrimp to the pan. Sauté the shrimp on medium-high heat for about 2 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove from heat. – Drain the cooked pasta and toss it with butter.

Step 4

– Transfer the pasta to a serving platter or portion onto individual plates. – Pour the slightly cooled Alfredo sauce over the pasta and top with the cooked shrimp. – Garnish with fresh parsley or dill. – Serve and enjoy your delicious Shrimp Alfredo!
