Cream Puffs Batter Ingredients – ▢2 cups – water – ▢8 oz. butter – ▢2 cups – all-purpose flour sifted – ▢9 large – eggs Cream Puffs Cream Ingredients – ▢16 oz. – softened cream cheese – ▢16 oz. – thawed cool whipped (or heavy whiping cream) – ▢1 cup – powdered (confectioners’ sugar)

Step 1

In a large pot, combine water and butter. Heat until the butter melts and the mixture comes to a boil. Turn off the heat, add flour, and quickly whisk until smooth. Let it cool to room temperature.

Step 2

ransfer the cooled batter to a mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. The batter should be smooth and form peaks.

Step 3

Fill a pastry bag halfway with the batter and pipe out rose shapes onto a greased or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the cream puffs for about 20 minutes or until they're light golden brown.
