Ingredients

– 2 – Cucumbers – ▢12 – cherry tomatoes – ▢4 oz. – cream cheese softened – ▢1 tbsp. – mayonnaise – ▢3 tbsp. – light ranch – ▢1 tbsp. – frozen or fresh dill – ▢¼ tsp. – garlic salt – ▢Black pepper for garnish

Step 1

Rinse, peel, and slice cucumbers into half-inch rounds. Use a half-teaspoon measurement to remove some cucumber flesh.

Step 2

Combine softened cream cheese, mayo, and ranch; mix until smooth. Add dill and garlic salt; mix to combine.

Step 3

Fill a piping bag with a star attachment with the topping. Pipe about ¾ tablespoon of topping onto each cucumber round. Place halved cherry tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with black pepper.

Step 4
