Garlic Dinner Rolls

– all-purpose flour
– dry milk
– garlic powder
– active dry yeast
– butter softened
Place dry ingredients flour, dry milk, sugar, salt, garlic powder, active dry yeast, and butter, into bread maker pan. Add water. Set machine on Dough cycle.
It will take 1 ½ hours for the dough to mix and rise.
Remove the dough onto a dusted with flour big cutting boar.
Coat the dough in flour so the dough doesn’t stick to your hand.
Cut the dough in half.
Roll a log out of each half of the dough.
Cut each log of dough into eight equal pieces.
Shape each piece into a ball, rolling them in your hands, and place them on the creased with olive oil pan. Preheat the oven to 100 F. then turn the oven off. Place the pan with roll to rise.
Remove pan with risen rolls out of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Put egg and water into a small bowl. Wisk the egg, and brush each roll carefully.
Sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake garlic dinner rolls for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Let the roll to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
