Ingredients

– 3 cups - chopped oven roasted turkey meat (or Thanksgiving leftover turkey) – ▢½ tbsp. - chopped green onions – ▢½ tbsp. - chopped fresh dill – ▢¼ tbsp. – chopped red onion or small chopped shallot – ▢¼ cup – mayonnaise (I used homemade mayonnaise) – ▢2 tbsp. – ranch (I used homemade ranch) – ▢1 cup – diced fresh cucumber – ▢½ cup – toasted nuts of your choice – ▢1 tsp. – freshly squeezed lemon juice – ▢⅛ tsp. – garlic powder – ▢Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine chopped turkey meat, green onions, red onions, dill, diced cucumber, toasted nuts, mayonnaise, ranch, and lemon juice.

Step 2

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy your delicious Turkey Salad on a croissant bun or your favorite bread!
