The Tastiest  Sweet Buns

This is seriously the tastiest sweet buns recipe ever and it'll give you soft, fluffy sweet buns filled with a creamy farmer's cheese-based filling and raisins.


– All-purpose flour – Active dry yeast – Granulated sugar – Salt – Milk – Unsalted butter – Eggs – Farmer's cheese – Raisins – Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Step 2

 In a saucepan, heat milk and butter until butter is melted. Add to the flour mixture and mix.

Step 3

Add eggs and mix until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, combine farmer's cheese and raisins.

Step 5

Roll out the dough and cut into circles. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on each circle and fold to seal.

Step 6

Let the buns rise for 15-20 minutes, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.

Step 7

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
