The Tastiest  Jello Mousse

– 1 lb. - Greek Yogurt (plain) – ▢1 can (14 oz. condensed milk) – ▢16 oz. Cool Whip (thawed) or 4 cups - Heavy whipping cream – ▢2 packs (6 oz.) - raspberry Jell-O – ▢2 cup - boiled water – ▢Large pack of raspberries

Step 1

Dissolve one packet of Jell-O in 2 cups of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved. Let it cool but not set.

Step 2

Use a mixer to blend Greek yogurt and condensed milk for 30 seconds. Add thawed heavy whipping cream or cool whip and beat for another 30 seconds until smooth.

Step 3

Slowly add the cooled Jell-O to the cream mixture while mixing. Beat for 30 seconds until well combined. Divide the mousse into glasses, top with fresh raspberries, and chill.

Step 4

Follow package instructions for the topping Jell-O. Let it cool. Pour the cooled topping Jell-O over the mousse in the glasses. Refrigerate until fully set.
