– 2 lbs. – ground beef  – ▢1 lb. – ground turkey breast – ▢½ medium – onion – ▢3 – garlic clove – ▢1 tsp. – sea salt – ▢1 tsp. – Italian seasoning – ▢½ tsp. – paprika – ▢¼ tsp. – black ground pepper – ▢1 large - egg – ▢Olive oil

Step 1

Grind the meat until it's evenly textured. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Step 2

Combine ground meat, grated garlic, grated onion, sea salt, Italian seasoning, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix for about 2 minutes until well combined.

Step 3

Grease your hands with olive oil, then roll portions of the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs.

Step 4

Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Switch to broil mode for an additional 3 minutes for a golden crust.
