The Perfect  Marinara Pasta

This Marinara Pasta recipe is the quickest and easiest one you'll ever come across and it can be ready and on your dinner table in less than 30 minutes!


– 1 lb. – organic noodle pasta – 12 oz. – mozzarella cheese – 1 tbsp. – unsalted butter – ½ cup – heavy whipping cream – 1 jar – pasta sauce (I prefer roasted garlic pasta sauce) – ½ cup – cottage cheese – Salt to taste

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

Step 2

 In a large pot, heat marinara sauce on medium heat until heated through. Add cooked pasta to the pot with the sauce and stir until coated.

Step 3

Add reserved pasta water, 1/4 cup at a time, as needed to thin out the sauce. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.

Step 4

Add Mozzarella cheese and stir until melted and fully incorporated. Garnish with chopped basil (optional) and serve immediately.
