The Best  Turkey Sandwich

– 2 slices – bread – ▢3 to 5 - turkey slices – ▢2 slices – cheese – ▢2 tbsp. – mayonnaise or ranch – ▢2 leaf – lettuce – ▢2 slices – tomato – ▢6 slices – cucumber – ▢Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Prepare the vegetables: Rinse the lettuce, tomato, and cucumber thoroughly with water, then pat them dry with a paper towel. Slice them into equal pieces using a sharp knife.

Step 2

Assemble the sandwich: Toast the bread and spread mayonnaise on one slice. Place 2 slices of cheese on the other slice. Add lettuce on the mayonnaise side and sliced turkey on the cheese side. Place tomatoes on the lettuce and cucumbers on the sliced turkey. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Complete the sandwich: Fold both halves of the bread together, insert wooden picks on each side to hold the sandwich together. Cut the sandwich in half, and your delicious Turkey Sandwich is ready to be served!
