Cheesecake Crust Ingredients – ▢32 - regular Oreo cookies – ▢2 tbsp. - unsalted butter melted Cheesecake Batter Ingredients – ▢32 oz. - cream cheese softened – ▢¾ cup - Greek yogurt – ▢1 cup - organic sugar – ▢4 large - eggs – ▢1 tsp. - pure vanilla extract – ▢¼ tsp. – sea salt – ▢15 Oreo cookies (roughly chopped) Cheesecake Cream Ingredients – ▢2 cups – heavy whipping cream – ▢½ cup – organic sugar – ▢½ tsp. - vanilla extract – ▢Extra halfed Oreo cookies for topping
Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely. Meanwhile, prepare the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese and sugar until combined. Add eggs one at a time, vanilla, and sea salt, beating until well combined. Fold in crushed Oreos by hand.
Pour the cheesecake filling onto the cooled crust. Wrap the springform pan with foil and place it in a roasting pan with water. Bake the cheesecake for 1 hour, or until slightly jiggly. Let it cool in the oven for an hour, then remove the pan and refrigerate.
