The Best Lemon  Oreo Truffles

These Lemon Oreo Truffles feature rich and smooth filling made with cream cheese and crushed lemon Oreos coated in chocolate for an extra layer of sweetness.

– 8 oz. – softened cream cheese – ▢1 - pack lemon Oreo cookies (40 Oreo cookies) – ▢1 cup – white chocolate discs – ▢1 cup – dark chocolate discs

Step 1

Crush the Lemon Oreo Cookies in a food processor until they are fine crumbs. Add the cream cheese to the food processor and pulse until well combined.

Step 2

Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze the truffles for about 15 minutes, until they are firm.

Step 3

Melt the white chocolate chips with the vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth.

Step 4

Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, then place them back on the baking sheet.

Step 5

Garnish each truffle with a sprinkle of lemon zest. Refrigerate the truffles until the chocolate is set, then serve and enjoy!
