– 8 large – room temperature eggs – ▢1 cup – granulated sugar – ▢1 cup – all-purpose flour – ▢½ cup – cocoa or cacao powder – ▢½ tsp. – baking soda – ▢½ tsp. – baking powder – ▢Pinch of salt
