Super Easy  Farmer's Cheese

This super easy farmer's cheese recipe calls for just three pantry-staple ingredients to give you fresh, delicious cheese every time with foolproof results!

Ingredients

– 1 gallon – whole milk room-emperature – ½ gallon – butter milk room-temperature – 1 tbsp. – vinegar

Step 1

Heat milk in a pot until 180°F, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Stir in buttermilk and salt. Cover and let sit for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Line colander with cheesecloth and pour curdled mixture in to drain for 1-2 hours.

Step 4

Transfer cheese to a container and refrigerate.

Step 5

Crumble or cut to desired size and use in recipe.
