Not only does this Parmesan Crusted Chicken recipe truly makes dinner time easy but must also be delicious, especially for my picky eaters.
How To Make Crusted Parmesan Chicken
Trim the fat off.
Start by preheating the oven to 425 F.
Rinse the chicken.
Add all the ingredients, namely salt, pepper, pressed or grated fresh garlic, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise into a bowl. Combine all ingredients together and glaze all chicken breasts well.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (or as far in advance as you can).
Pour some Italian bread crumbs on a large plate or a shallow bowl. Dip the chicken in the breadcrumbs to coat and dredge it on each side, and then dust off the excess.
