Super Easy  Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

Pizza Dough Ingredients – ▢4 cups – all-purpose flour – ▢1 tbsp. – organic sugar – ▢2 tbsp. – unsalted butter – ▢1 tsp. – sea salt – ▢1 tsp. – dry yeast – ▢1 ½ cup – water(lukewarm) Pizza Topping Ingredients – ▢1 tbsp. – unsalted butter – ▢Garlic powder – ▢1 lb. – mozzarella cheese – ▢1 cup – shredded sharp cheddar cheese – ▢3 extra-large – eggs (or 4 large) – ▢Sea salt and pepper to taste – ▢8 oz. – ham – ▢6 strips – bacon – ▢1 bunch – shallot

Step 1

Roll out the pizza dough to 14 inches in diameter. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or oven-safe skillet lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Brush the edges of the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder. Spread ¾ of the shredded mozzarella cheese on the dough. Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the cheese. 

Step 3

Add diced ham, bacon, and half of the shallots on top. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and top with the remaining shallots.

Step 4

Place the pizza on the lowest oven rack and bake for 30 minutes (if using scrambled eggs) or 40 minutes (if using raw eggs), until the eggs are cooked to your liking.

Step 5

– Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. – Slice and serve your delicious Bacon Egg and Ham Breakfast Pizza!
