Ingredients

To Activate the Yeast ▢1 cup – whole organic milk ▢¼ cup – organic sugar For the Dough ▢6 large - eggs ▢¾ cup – organic sugar ▢2 tsp. – vanilla extract ▢½ tsp – sea salt ▢6 cups – organic all-purpose flour ▢4 oz. – softened unsalted butter For the Sugar Cinnamon ▢½ cup – organic sugar ▢½ cup brown sugar ▢¼ tsp. – sea salt ▢½ tsp. - Xanthan Gum ▢1 tsp. – cinnamon For the Bread Filling ▢4 - 6 – granny Smith apples diced ▢Sugar cinnamon mixture (prepared above) ▢1 tsp. - pure vanilla extract For the Glaze ▢¼ cup – whole organic milk ▢½ tsp. – vanilla extract ▢2 cups – powdered sugar

Step 1

Activate the yeast by combining sugar, warm milk, and dry yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 15 minutes. In a separate bowl, beat eggs with sugar, then add salt, vanilla, softened butter, and activated yeast.

Step 2

Attach the dough hook to your mixer and gradually add flour while mixing. Let the dough rise for a couple of hours.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine sea salt, Xanthan gum, organic sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Set it aside.

Step 4

Dice apples, coat them with the cinnamon-sugar mixture, cook on low heat for 5 minutes, and add vanilla extract.

Step 5

Grease and line two loaf pans. Roll out one piece of dough, spread apple filling, and cut into small pieces.

Step 6

Place pieces in a prepared loaf pan. Repeat with the second half of the dough. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the loaves for 40-50 minutes. Let them cool, pour glaze, and serve. Enjoy your delicious Apple Fritter Bread!
