Pre-Preparation Tips

Start by preheating the oven to 450 F (232 C).

Marinate for 8 to 12 hours.

Place the roast bone side down onto the pan rack.



Sear the roast for 15 minutes to brown. Reduce the temperature to 300 F (150 C)


Transfer the roast to a cutting board, cover with aluminum foil and allow it to rest for 20 - 30 mintes. 😉
