– 3 slices - bacon – ▢2 large – eggs – ▢1 slice – cheese of your choice – ▢Salt and pepper to taste – ▢Olive oil for frying egg – ▢Croissants – ▢Egg rings

Step 1

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place 2 egg rings in the pan and crack the eggs into them, breaking the yolks. Season with salt and pepper.
