Perfect Strawberry Popsicles

These Strawberry Popsicles are the perfect summer treat made using only 4 ingredients. They're free of refined sugar and a great, healthy option for your kids!


– 1 lb. – frozen or frozen strawberries – ▢½ cup – water – ▢¼ cup – organic maple syrup – ▢¾ cup – nut milk

Step 1

Start by prepping the strawberries. Rinse them under running water to clean them and remove the stems.

Step 2

In a Blendtec blender, add the rinsed strawberries, water, maple syrup, and nut milk (or substitute with organic 1% milk and vanilla extract). Ensure all the ingredients are in the blender.

Step 3

Blend everything together for 2 minutes, or if using a Blendtec blender, press the smoothie cycle twice. This will result in a smooth and well-combined mixture.

Step 4

Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold completely. Place the caps on the molds and insert wooden sticks into each popsicle opening.

Step 5

Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for 12 hours or until fully set. Once the popsicles are frozen, remove them from the freezer and let them stand at room temperature for a few minutes. Gently remove the popsicles from the molds and they are ready to be served.
