In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
Spoon a layer of the strawberry kiwi puree over the cream cheese layer. Repeat steps 6-7, layering the cream cheese mixture and strawberry kiwi puree until the glass or jar is full.
Cover each glass or jar with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, garnish the top of each parfait with fresh sliced strawberries and kiwis.
