No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Parfaits

These No-Bake Strawberry Kiwi Cheesecake Parfaits have beautiful layers of graham cracker crumbs, cheesecake filling, and strawberries for the perfect balance.


– 1 small individual pack (or 6 pieces) - graham crackers – ▢8 oz. - cream cheese softened – ▢¼ cup - organic sugar – ▢2 cups - heavy cream – ▢3 - kiwis – ▢8 oz. - fresh strawberries – ▢12 - Parfait cups with spoons – ▢14 " - pastry bag and Wilton #6B piping tip – ▢16 " - pastry bag and Wilton #2A piping tip

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.

Step 2

In a separate mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

Step 3

In a blender, puree fresh strawberries and kiwis until smooth. Spoon a layer of the cream cheese mixture into the bottom of each serving glass or jar.

Step 4

Spoon a layer of the strawberry kiwi puree over the cream cheese layer. Repeat steps 6-7, layering the cream cheese mixture and strawberry kiwi puree until the glass or jar is full.

Step 5

Cover each glass or jar with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, garnish the top of each parfait with fresh sliced strawberries and kiwis.
