No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

These no bake peanut butter bars are super easy to make and require minimal ingredients from your pantry. Learn how to make this delicious snack easily at home.


Peanut Butter Layer Ingredients – ▢4 oz. – unsalted butter melted – ▢2 cups – crushed Biscoff cookies (or cookies of your choice) – ▢½ cup – maple syrup – ▢½ tsp. – vanilla extract – ▢1 ½ cup – crunchy peanut (you may use creamy if you don’t like the nuts in the bars) – ▢Pinch of sea salt Chocolate Layer Ingredients – ▢7 oz. - chocolate bar – ▢1 tbsp. – peanut butter – ▢¼ cup – freshly brewed espresso

Step 1

Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add peanut butter to the saucepan and stir until combined.

Step 2

Add graham cracker crumbs to the saucepan and stir until well mixed. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press it evenly to form the crust.

Step 3

In the same saucepan, melt chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour the melted chocolate over the crust and spread it evenly.

Step 4

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set. Once set, remove the bars from the pan and cut into squares.
