Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

– 3 cups – all-purpose flour – ▢⅓ cup – whole milk – ▢3 tbsp. – sugar – ▢1 tsp. – sea salt – ▢¼ tsp. – garlic powder – ▢1 tsp. – active dry yeast – ▢3 tbsp. – butter softened – ▢1 cup - room temperature water – ▢1 - egg – ▢2 tbsp. - water

Step 1

Combine flour, dry milk, sugar, salt, garlic powder, yeast, and butter in a bread maker or stand mixer with dough hook attachment. Add water.

Step 2

Use the Dough cycle on the bread maker or let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 ½ hours if using a stand mixer. Once risen, transfer the dough to a floured surface.

Step 3

Divide the dough in half, shape each half into a log, and cut into eight pieces. Roll these pieces into balls and place on an oiled baking pan. Let them rise in a warm oven (preheated to 100°F and then turned off).

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Brush the rolls with an egg-water mixture, sprinkle with garlic salt, and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your garlic dinner rolls!
