These Garlic Dinner Rolls taste delicious and are super easy to make! They're soft, fluffy, and go with any main dish making them perfect for Thanksgiving!
Use the Dough cycle on the bread maker or let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 ½ hours if using a stand mixer. Once risen, transfer the dough to a floured surface.
Divide the dough in half, shape each half into a log, and cut into eight pieces. Roll these pieces into balls and place on an oiled baking pan. Let them rise in a warm oven (preheated to 100°F and then turned off).
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Brush the rolls with an egg-water mixture, sprinkle with garlic salt, and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy your garlic dinner rolls!
