Fresh Raspberry Lemonade

– 6 large – organic lemons – ▢2 lbs. – organic raspberries – ▢1 cup – organic sugar – ▢8 cups – water

Step 1

Blend fresh raspberries in a food processor or blender. Optional: Strain the raspberry puree through a strainer to remove seeds and excess pulp.

Step 2

Squeeze lemons and strain the lemon juice through a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl. Add the lemon juice to a pitcher and stir to combine. Then, add sugar to the pitcher with lemonade and stir until well combined.

Step 3

Add sliced lemons and fresh whole raspberries to the pitcher of lemonade. Chill in the refrigerator or add ice cubes to serve it immediately. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
