Ingredients

– 1 lb. – Homemade French bread loaf Italian Bread Crumbs Seasoning Ingredients – ▢1 tbsp. – Italian seasoning – ▢1 tbsp – dried parsley – ▢½ tsp. – garlic powder – ▢½ tsp. – onion powder

Step 1

Slice the bread loaf into thin pieces. Lay the slices flat on a baking sheet and let them sit overnight for natural drying.

Step 2

Break the dried bread slices into smaller pieces.

Step 3

Divide the pieces into two portions. Crush one portion in a food processor for about 2 minutes.

Step 4

Sift the crushed crumbs, catching larger pieces. Return larger pieces to the processor and crush for another minute. Repeat steps with the remaining bread.
