Ingredients

For Blueberry Muffins Batter – ▢2 cups – all-purpose flour – ▢½ cup – granulated sugar – ▢¼ cup – brown sugar – ▢2 ½ tsp. – baking powder – ▢½ tsp. – salt – ▢¾ cup – buttermilk – ▢1 large – egg – ▢¼ cup – melted butter – ▢1 tbsp. – lemon zest – ▢1 cups – white chocolate morsels – ▢1 ½ cups – frozen blueberries For Streusel/Crumble Topping – ▢⅓ cup – granulated sugar – ▢¼ cup – all-purpose flour – ▢¼ tsp. – ground cinnamon – ▢3 tbsp. – butter softened For White Chocolate Drizzle – ▢½ cup – white chocolate morsels melted

Step 1

Preheat and prepare: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, and softened butter to create the crumble topping. Set it aside. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt for the muffin batter.

Step 2

Mix wet ingredients: In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat egg, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add buttermilk, melted butter, and grated lemon peel. Stir until the wet ingredients are mixed together.

Step 3

Combine dry and wet ingredients: Gradually mix in the flour mixture until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries and white chocolate morsels until evenly distributed.

Step 4

Fill and top muffins: Line muffin cups with liners. Use a cookie scoop to fill each muffin cup almost to the brim with the batter. Sprinkle the prepared crumble topping evenly over the top of each muffin.

Step 5

Bake and drizzle: Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. While the muffins cool, melt white chocolate morsels in a plastic bag in the microwave. Cut a small corner off the bag and drizzle the melted white chocolate over the muffins. Serve warm and enjoy!
