How to Make Ranch Dressing (Step-by-Step)
- First, measure out all the dry seasoning ingredients into a bowl: dried parsley, dried chives, minced dry onion, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix them together with a spoon.
- After that, combine buttermilk, homemade mayonnaise, and Greek yogurt in a medium bowl, whisking the ingredients for one minute. You can add a bit more buttermilk till it reaches your desired consistency.
- Then add 2 tablespoons of the dry ranch seasoning mix we set aside earlier. Mix it well with a hand mixer for another minute.
- Finally, transfer the mixture into a glass bottle and let it sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Shake or mix well before each use.
