Instructions
Start by washing and cutting all the vegetables. Make sure they're all cut into bite-sized pieces for easy eating.
Next, mix all the cut vegetables in a large bowl. You can mix and match the vegetables as you like, it's all about personal preference.
Now, in a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sour cream. Then, pour this over the vegetables and toss everything together until well coated.
Add salt to the salad, mix it in, then it's ready to serve. Enjoy your fresh, crunchy, and healthy spring salad!
