Rinse and pat dry lettuce, and prepare all ingredients into bite-sized pieces for easy skewering.
First, thread cherry tomato, followed by small amount of leaf lettuce, folded salami and fresh mozzarella ball onto a bamboo wooden skewers.
Wrap skewered appetizer platter with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
