Ingredients

– crushed raspberries
1 ½
– cups sugar
1
– packet Freezer Jam Fruit Pectin
Instructions
Wash the raspberries. Let the water to drain from raspberries.
Crush raspberries in food processor or grinder.
Combine Fresh Crushed Raspberries, Sugar and Mrs. Wages Freezer Jam Fruit Pectin in a bowl.
Stir for three minutes.
Ladle into clean storage containers, and cover with lid tightly.
Let it stand for 2 hours to thicken, and raspberry jam is ready to enjoy. Refrigerate up to four weeks or freeze up to one year.
