Assembling the Pizza:
Remove the pizza from the oven, let the crust cool for 5 minutes and then slice the crust when it’s still warm (cold crust will be braking during cutting). Cool the crust completely before assembling. Drop the cream in small portions onto a crust for easier spreading. Spread the cream carefully and evenly. Top with slices strawberries and kiwis. Enjoy spending time in the kitchen with your time! And of course... ENJOY eating the PIZZA!
