Raspberry Lemonade Ingredients
6large organic lemons
2lbs.organic raspberries
1cuporganic sugar
8cupswater
Instructions
Blend fresh raspberries in a food processor or blender, then strain the puree through a strainer (optional, but this step will get rid of the raspberry seeds and excess pulp).
Squeeze the lemons then run the lemon juice through a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl. Add the lemon juice to the pitcher and stir until combined.
Finally, add sugar to a pitcher with lemonade.
Stir until everything is well combined.
Add sliced lemons and fresh whole raspberries to the lemonade.
Chill or add ice, garnish with mint leaves, and serve.
