Rinse vegetables well: Always wash radishes, cucumbers, and herbs thoroughly to remove dirt and keep your fresh radish salad clean and crisp.
Slice evenly: Use a sharp knife or mandolin to create thin, uniform slices. Even cuts improve the texture and make your easy radish salad look more appetizing.
Use fresh ingredients: Fresh, high-quality produce and herbs give your healthy radish salad recipe the best flavor and crunch.
Don’t overmix: Gently toss the ingredients to keep the vegetables crisp and prevent your creamy radish salad from becoming mushy.
Add dressing before serving: Mix in the Greek yogurt or sour cream and seasoning right before serving to keep the radish salad from becoming watery.
Prep ahead: Chop the vegetables in advance and refrigerate in a covered container. Add the dressing just before serving for the freshest homemade radish salad.
