2bunches radish
2large bunches green onion
For the Radish and Chives Dressing and Seasoning
1cupGreek yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
How to Make Radish and Chives Salad
Rinse and Cut the Vegetables: Start by rinsing the radishes under cold water to remove any dirt. Then, trim off the roots and the leafy tops. You can slice the radishes into thin rounds or julienne them for a different presentation. Next, wash and slice the green onions.
Combine the Vegetables and Greek yogurt: Place the prepared radishes and green onions into a large bowl. Add the Greek yogurt to the bowl with the vegetables. Mix everything until the vegetables are well coated with the yogurt.
Add Seasoning and Serve: Next, add salt and pepper to the salad to enhance the flavors. Mix the salad again and make sure that the seasoning is evenly distributed. Serve the radish salad immediately.
Notes
I recommend adding the dressing just before serving to prevent the vegetables from becoming too watery.
