Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing
I make this Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing whenever I want that bold, classic Caesar flavor without the raw eggs. The Greek yogurt keeps it light, and the Worcestershire sauce adds just the right depth. It’s simple, fresh, and always a hit.

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, sea salt, and black pepper.
Mix with a hand mixer just until combined and smooth.
Add the Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, pressed garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
Whisk again for about 1 minute, or until the dressing is fully combined and creamy.
Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Use fresh lemon juice. It gives the dressing a bright, clean flavor that bottled juice can’t match.
Grate the cheese yourself. Freshly grated Parmesan and Romano melt smoothly and add richer flavor than pre-shredded cheese.
Whisk until creamy. Blend the mayo and Greek yogurt well before adding other ingredients for a silky texture.
Add cheese last. Stir it in at the end to keep the dressing smooth and prevent clumping.
Taste and adjust. Add more lemon juice for tang, salt for balance, or pepper for a little bite.
Chill before serving. Let the dressing rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so the flavors can blend.
Make it ahead. The flavor deepens after a few hours, making it perfect for meal prep.
Thin if needed. If the dressing thickens in the fridge, whisk in a splash of milk, water, or lemon juice until it’s just right.
Skip the raw egg. The mayo and Greek yogurt create the same creamy texture safely and easily.
Use it beyond salads. Try it as a dip for veggies, a spread for wraps, or a sauce for grilled chicken or shrimp.
