How to Make Salmon Bites
Start by removing the skin from the salmon fillets and dice them into one-inch cubes. This will ensure that your salmon bites are bite-sized and easy to eat.
Next, season your cubed salmon with sea salt, black ground pepper, and Mrs. Dash seasoning. Mix all these spices together until they are well combined. This will give your salmon bites a burst of flavor.
Now, add mayonnaise to your seasoned salmon and mix well until all pieces are well coated. This will help the spices stick to the salmon and also add a creamy texture to your salmon bites.
Let your salmon marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. This will allow the flavors to penetrate deeply into the salmon, making it more flavorful.
Spread out your salmon bites evenly in a lined basket of the air fryer. This will ensure that the salmon bites cook evenly.
Air fry your salmon bites at 400 F for 7 minutes per batch, in a total of 3 batches. This will give your salmon bites a crispy exterior while keeping the inside tender and juicy.
Finally, serve your salmon bites with rice, mashed potatoes, salad, or your favorite sides. This will make a complete, balanced meal.
